目的探讨创伤骨科的护理风险管理方法。方法从参与医疗活动的人、物、技术以及服务等诸多因素入手,分析骨科护理潜在风险并提出防范与对策。结果在骨科护理管理中运用风险管理的科学方法,能帮助临床护理工作降低风险系数,制定应急预案,规避风险的发生,提高护理安全质量。结论医疗风险管理对于骨科临床护理管理工作具有一定的指导意义。

Objective To explore the risk of orthopedic trauma care and the art of management. Methods The study started from the elements in medical activities such as medical staff, facilities, technologies and services, analyzed the potential risks of orthopedic care and prevention and finally proposed countermeasures. Results The application of medical risk management in orthopedic care management can help reduce risk factors, make contingency plans, prevent the occurrence of risk, to improve the quality of nursing safety. Conclusion Medical risk management for the orthopedic management of clinical care is certainly significant.
