摘要
目的总结经胸乳入路内镜下甲状腺切除术的术中护理配合经验。方法对30例腔镜下甲状腺切除术的认真配合和观察。结果通过良好的手术护理,所有手术均圆满完成。结论物品准备齐全,体位摆放舒适安全,仪器调试准确,快速敏捷的应变能力均是手术成功的必备条件。
Objective To summarize nursing experience in operations of endoscopic thyroidectomies. Methods Thirty cases of endoscopic thyroidectomies were chosen and studied. Results All cases were completed successfully due to better nursing. Conclusion Well- prepared items, comfortable and safe postures, accurately debugged equipments, and fast and quick response to changes are necessary for successful operations.
