摘要
目的探讨痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗混合痔的手术前后及手术并发症的护理。方法选取南京市中医院全国肛肠中心行PPH术治疗混合痔患者250例,对围手术期护理方法进行研究总结。结果成功245例,失败5例,成功率达98%。245例患者于术后3个月进行电话回访,无不良反应,术前症状完全消失。结论做好PPH术围手术期的护理工作,可以有效减少并发症的发生,减轻患者痛苦,缩短住院时间,大大提高手术的成功率。
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of patients treated by PPH. Methods The perioperative nursing data of 250 patients in our hospital who received PPH were summarized. Results Among 250 cases, 245 succeeded and 5 cases failed. Success rate was 98%. The symptoms that were found before operation disappeared completely at the telephone follow- up three months after operation. Conclusion The perfect perioperative nursing is an important assurance for successful PPH operation.
