摘要
基于构件技术开发的数控系统,通常在数控领域构件的检索适配后,具有多个可行的系统选择方案.本文提出模糊层次分析法对基于构件的数控系统进行适应性能分析.根据数控领域的构件的功能性、可靠性、结构紧凑性、可用性、可移植性等关键指标确定权重模糊互补矩阵,并通过一致性检验,得出各指标的权重向量,使得权重符合科学原理,然后由模糊评判法进行构件方案优选,并通过实例分析其有效性.
Feasible plans of numerical control system based on software component technology are developed, and an adaptability analyzing model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is brought forward for optimal adaptability selection. According to functions, reliability, compactness, usability and portability of NC software component, fuzzy complementary matrix of the weight is determined. After consistency check, each appraisal target weight of software components is obtained. Then the fuzzy judgment law is used to select optimal plan, whose feasibility and effectiveness is examined by an example.
