德国应用型人才培养教学特色初探与思考——以乌尔姆应用科技大学为例

Teaching in Professional Talents Development in Germany:A Case Study of Ulm Applied Science University

以德国乌尔姆应用科技大学为例,研究了德国应用型人才培养的教学特色,着重从实践教学环节安排、课程安排、教学方式,联合培养模式等4个方面进行了介绍,并作出了思考.认为我国高职可以在加大模块化课程和精品专业建设、优化课程体系、灵活设计教学环节、增加企业参观考察环节、创新教学方法等5个方面来借鉴国外经验,提高应用型人才培养的教育教学水平.

Teaching in the process of professional talents development in Ulm Applied Science University is studied from perspectives of teaching, programs, teaching modes, and joint efforts in the endeavor. It is pointed out that we can draw ideas from their practice in developing skilled talents, including increase of modular courses and core programs, optimization of programs, flexibility in teaching, more in-field visits to workshops, and innovation in teaching methods.
