文化自觉和文化自信是促进文化大发展大繁荣的前提。在知识经济与科学技术是第一生产力的新时代,对经济与文化的关系需要进行新的认识。应纠正过去过分强调经济决定文化的认识,确立优先发展文化的观念;文化对经济的发展不仅有反作用,而且具有"决定性作用";经济与文化不是简单的决定作用和反作用,而是呈现出水乳一体、相互融合的发展趋势。
