英语教师专业化发展存在的问题与对策——以民族地区中学为例

Countermeasures for the Existing Problems of the English Teachers' Professional Development

随着世界教师专业化的发展和中国社会政治经济条件的变化,政府高度重视教师专业化发展,但民族地区外语教师的专业化发展速度不太理想。通过对专业化观念及教学理念、专业发展主动性及教学反思、教师的专业化技能、教研教改气氛及教师参加培训的机会方面分析民族地区中学英语教师专业化发展存在的问题并提出相应对策,以期对民族地区中学英语教师专业化发展有所借鉴及帮助。

This paper puts forward the existing problems and countermeasures for the professional development of middle school English teachers in ethnic areas in the aspects of profession and teaching concepts,teaching reflection,teachers＇ professional skills,etc..
