论高职院校校园伤害事故中学校责任的认定及应对策略——以侵权责任法为视角

Discussion on Liability of College for Student's Injury on Campus Accident and Countermeasures

近年来,随着我国高等职业教育的不断发展,高职校园伤害事故数量也不断上升,并已成为困扰校方的棘手问题。因此,认清发生在高职院校校园伤害事故的种类,并在侵权责任法的基础上正确适用归责原则和做出必要的应对已变得非常必要。

In recent years, with the development of higher vocational education in China, there has been an increase of the number of injuries on campus, which has become a thorny issue of troubled schools. The paper contends that the types of injuries should be defined, and it has become very necessary to properly apply the principle of attribution and the fight based on tort law and make necessary response.
