高职院校体育竞赛组织与开展中的问题与对策

Problems Encountered in Organizing Sports Competition and Their Countermeasures

通过问卷调查、数理统计分析、访谈等研究方法对武汉某高职校内外体育竞赛的开展进行分析及研究,发现目前高职校园体育竞赛缺乏主题;重视个别项目的开展,师生参与面窄、比赛项目少、参与人数少;校内比赛体育场地硬件条件缺乏、赛程偏紧、偏密、比赛强度大、休息不充分,赛期受天气影响较大;体育竞赛的奖励与惩罚没有与学工处、教务处等部门合理协调缺乏及时奖励与认定等问题。在此基础上提出合理的建议及对策,为高职院校的体育竞赛的发展提供借鉴。

In this research, a questionnaire survey and interview are conducted on the organizers of sports competition held in higher vocational institutions. Mathematical statistic analysis is made. The results show that most campus sports competition lacks a theme, mainly on one specific event. The events are less diverse and thus attract a limit participation of teachers and students; the site for competition are not well equipped, thus the schedule is so vulnerable to weather and is often too tight. Mostly the competition is intensive; athletes could not get adequate rests. The result of sports competition can not often get acknowledgement from the authority. To tackle these problems, the paper puts forward some countermeasures.
