地方独立学院学生工作队伍建设现状不容乐观。学校要认识到地方独立学院学生工作队伍的重要性,突出地方学生工作的重点与转型,提升学生工作队伍建设的水平,落实学生工作队伍建设的保障,这样才能更好的去贯彻、落实科学发展观,促进地方独立学院的科学发展。

The paper concerns about the building of faculty dealing with students＇ affairs in independent schools. It points out that the independent schools should give considerable emphasis to the building of faculty. They should focus on the key problems in students＇ affairs and make effort to enhance the quality of the faculty and provide necessary conditions for the development of staff so as to ensure the successful implementation of scientific development nlan of indenendent schools.
