摘要
在大学生思想政治教育过程中注重"人文关怀"是当下高校思想政治工作贯彻落实科学发展观的必然要求。对十所高校大学生的问卷调查发现,目前大学生思想政治教育工作中人文关怀方面存在的主要问题:学生的主体地位没有得到确立;缺乏对思想政治教育工作的自我需要;师生思想政治教育中缺乏心灵沟通。为此,在大学生思想政治教育过程中注重人文关怀,就要树立以人为本的理念,注重实现人的自由而全面的发展;需要尊重学生和塑造其独立的人格;关注大学生的现实需要,加强思想政治教育的针对性;创新思想政治教育内容,改革教学方法;齐抓共管、形成合力,将人文关怀贯穿于大学生教育的全过程。
