摘要
高校工会组织是以知识分子为主体的群众组织,努力做好高校工会工作,认真领会党的十七大精神,坚持科学发展观,坚持以人为本,把关心、理解、尊重、帮助教职工的思想贯穿到日常工作中去,对于创新高校工会工作有着重要的意义。
College labor union is a mass intellectual-centered organization. To do the work well, we should grasp the spirit of 17th Party National Congress, we must implement the scientific concept of development, adhere to people-oriented and we should care, understand, respect and help the teaching staff in our daily work. And these are significant to the innovation of college labor union work.
