摘要
任何管理活动都始于对人性的认识,其次是对组织特点的把握。麦克雷戈的Y理论是"自我实现人"假设的典型代表,以该理论为基础的管理方法强调对人的尊重和服务的重要性,通过改善环境和激励能够实现组织目标与个人目标的结合。高校教师契合了"自我实现人"假设,无论从认识论和方法论上,Y理论对于高校教师管理都具有广泛的适用性和深刻的指导意义,有助于教师自我价值与高校工作目标实现一体化。
All managent activities start Firstly with the understandings on human nature and then mastering of organization's characteristics. Douglas McGregor's Y theory typically represents the hypothesis of Self-Actualizing Man. Management approaches based on Y theory emphasize human orientation and the importance of service, so as to achieve the goal of organizations and individuals by optimize the environment and motivation. College teaching staff is Self-Actualizing Man and therefore Y theory has great value on college management from the perspectives of epistemology and methodology and it can help realize the harmonious unification of teachers' self-realization and successful college management
