Problems and Countermeasures of Freshman Entrance Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校新生存在着一定的心理偏差,对学校的新环境不适应,学习目标困惑等,因此,高职学生的入学教育应重点抓住核心内容,充分发挥学生助理班主任作用,加强公寓文化建设,帮助学生处理好人际关系,不断提高新生心理适应能力。

Freshmen in higher vocational college have a certain psychological warp. They can not accommodate themselves to new circumstances and are puzzled on learning goals. Therefore, in order to improve freshmen＇s adaptability, entrance education of higher vocational college should get to the heart of the matter, fully strengthen the role of class sponsor assistant, intensify culture development of dwelling houses, help students to deal with each other and continuously improve the freshmen＇s psychological adaptivity.
