摘要
在电子组装及科研、返工和返修中,特别是在产品以多品种和小批量为主的场合和家电维修中,手工焊接一直是不可缺少的操作手段。文章结合工程及教学实践分析了手工焊接的相关工艺要素、过程控制要点和手工焊接易产生的缺陷与原因,并提出了减少手工焊接缺陷的方法,有助于提高实际生产中手工焊接的质量和可靠性。
In the electronic assembly, the manual soldering is an essentical operation method in the scientific reword and repair, especially in the products made in the multi-variety, the small batch situations and the electrical appliances services. The paper analyzes the technical elements, the keys of process control, and flaws and reasons in the manual welding, from the engineering and teaching process, and points out the methods to reduce the flows in order to improve the quality and relialility of practical manual welding.
