文章对邓小平理论体系形成的过程进行了分析;从邓小平理论科学体系的主题,邓小平理论科学体系的世界观和方法论,邓小平理论科学体系的主体:发展道路、发展阶段、根本任务、发展动力、外部条件、政治保证、战略步骤、党的领导和依靠力量以及祖国统一(以下简称"九个基本问题")三个方面出发去构建邓小平理论科学体系,并对邓小平理论科学体系加以评析。

The paper analyzes the process of the the theme, the world outlook and methodology of systematic formation of Deng Xiaoping Theory, from its theoretical system, and finds that the main body of the system consists of nine parts： development path, development stage, fundamental task, development motive force, external conditions, political gruaantee, strategic step, Partyls leadership and power reliance, and country reunification （also called ＂Nine Basic Issues＂for short） which constructs the scientific system of Deng Xiaoping Theory. It also analyzes the scientific system of Deng Xiaoping.
