论福建在中国双边自由贸易区发展中的地位和潜力

Fujian's Position and Potential in Bilateral Free Trade Area of China

中国双边自由贸易区是中国继加入WTO后,进一步扩大对外开放的新途径和新方式。福建作为中国重要的东南沿海省份,应主动抓住中国双边自由贸易区发展的契机,分享双边自由贸易协定带来的便利和好处。福建要正确认识和判断自身在中国双边自由贸易区发展中的地位水平,主动参与自由贸易区建设,在稳固提升自身基础和前沿地位的基础上,积极发挥福建外贸和产业结构升级的潜力,整合区域竞争优势,实现福建经济的持续健康发展。

Bilateral free trade area is the new approach and new ways of the further opening up policy after China＇s accession to WTO. Fujian, as an important province of the south of China, should initiatively grasp the opportunity of the development of China＇s bilateral free Wade area so as to share the convenience and advantages which bilateral free Wade agreements bring about. Fujian province should speed up to propel the opening up process, steadily improve the base and front position which Fujian province takes in the regional cooperation after comprehensively analyzing Fujian＇s position in China＇s bilateral flee Wade area. It should also play Fujian＇s economic potential in foreign trade and industrial structure upgrade, integrate the advantages of the regional competition and realize the sustainable and sound development of fujian＇s economy.
