成人肾母细胞瘤4例报告并文献复习

Adult Wilmstumor （ report of 4 cases and literature review）

目的提高成人肾母细胞瘤的诊治水平。方法结合文献回顾性分析4例成人肾母细胞瘤的诊治情况。结果3例行根治性切除，其中2例死于术后转移；1例行肾部分切除术，至今一年半无瘤生存。结论成人肾母细胞瘤是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤，术前诊断较困难。早期发现及诊断、手术治疗并辅以放疗、化疗等可明显提高治愈率及改善其预后。

Objectives To increase the diagnosis and treatment level of adult Wilms＇tumor. Methods 4 cases of adult Wilms＇tumor were analysed retrospectively with review of the literature. Results Radical nephrectomy were oprationed in 3 patients and two of them died of pulmonary metastasis after surgery ; 1 patient survived already half past one year with no evidence of cancer recurrence after partial nephrectomy. Conclusions The diagnosis of adult Wilms＇tumor is very difficult before surgery as a rare malignant tumor. The early discovery and diagnosis and treatment including nephrectomy as early as possible and adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy could improve the cure rate and prognosis.
