^125I粒子植入治疗前列腺癌研究进展

摘要
^125I放射性粒子植入为前列腺癌的治疗提供了新的可供选择的有效方法,经直肠B超定位,计算机计划后经会阴^125I粒子植入治疗前列腺的应用,达到治疗靶区剂量高分布、对周围正常组织损伤小。尤为适用于早期前列腺癌,本文就^125I粒子特性及其在前列腺癌治疗中的应用现状及进展进行综述。
