紫背金盘水提物和醇提物抑菌作用的研究

Study on bacteriostasis of aqueous and ethanol extracts of Ajugae nipponensis Makino

目的 研究紫背金盘不同溶剂提取物的抑菌作用。方法采用不同菌种体内和体外抑菌实验。结果体外抑菌实验:紫背金盘水提物和醇提物对金黄色葡萄球菌和链球菌具有中敏抑菌作用(10 mm<d≤15 mm),对大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌具有低敏抑菌作用(5 mm<d<10 mm)。体内抑菌实验:紫背金盘水提物高剂量组、醇提物高剂量组均能显著延长小鼠存活时间,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);其水提物低剂量组和醇提物低剂量组均能延长小鼠存活时间,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紫背金盘水提物和醇提物都具有抑菌作用,能够提高小鼠的存活时间,具有一定的量效关系,为其抑菌作用提供了一定科学的依据。

Objective To study the bacteriostasis of extracts of Ajugae nipponensis Makino extracted with aqueous and alcohol. Method The antibacterial actions in vivo and in vitro were observed. Result The water extract and ethanol extracts of the material could inhibit S. aureus and Streptococcus （10 mm〈d≤15 mm） in vitro, and inhibit E. coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa （Smm〈d〈10mm） and prolong the survival time of mice in vivo （P〈0.01）; both water extract and alcohol extract with the lower dose could prolong significantly the survival time of mice（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Both aqueous and ethanol extracts of Ajugae nipponensis Makino are effective to inhibit the bacteria and prolong the survival time of mice, and there exist the relationships between them, which provides a basis for bacteriostasis.
