摘要
目的探讨桑皮素对Ⅱ型糖尿病模型鼠血糖、胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白和糖耐量的影响。方法根据中药新药研究指南(降糖药)药效学实验要求,选择正常小鼠(KM小鼠),自发性糖尿病小鼠(NOD小鼠)及链脲霉素加高热饲料导致的Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠,灌胃给予不同剂量的桑皮素,研究其对血糖、胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白的影响。结果 (1)桑皮素50.0、25.0、12.5 mg/kg连续灌胃给药14 d后,对正常小鼠血糖无明显影响,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对NOD小鼠血糖有明显的降低作用,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)桑皮素30.0、15.0、7.5 mg/kg连续灌胃给药14 d,对链脲霉素加高热饲料导致的Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠有明显作用,改善糖尿病动物的糖耐量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);15.0、30 mg/kg组动物血糖浓度、胰岛素和糖化血红蛋白均降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桑皮素对Ⅱ型糖尿病模型大鼠血糖有明显的降低作用。
Objective The experiment had investigated the results by using mulberrin on blood glucose,insulin,glycated hemoglobin, glucose tolerance of Type II diabetes model rats. Method According to Chinese herbal medicine research guide (oral) pharmacodynamics experi- nlent demands, choose the normal mice (KM mice), spontaneous diabetic mice (NOD mice) and chain fosomycin heightening urea to heat feed type II diabetes rats, fill the stomach give different doses of mulberry element, research on the blood glucose, insulin, glycated hemoglobin influence. Results 1. The concentration of blood glucose of regular lab rats has no visibly changed (P〉0.05)after using mulberrin of 50.0, 25.0, 12.5 mg/kg by oral administration for 14 days. By contrast, the blood glucose were obviously lower and rates of Insulin were ob- viously higher(P〈0.05) in NOD rats. 2. The concentration of blood glucose of has reduced obviously after using rnulberrin of 30.0, 15.0, 7.5 mg/kg). Compare with the regular group, the rates of Insulin and Glycosylated Hemoglobin were obviously lower(P〈0.05) after using mulberrin of 30,15 mg/kg by oral administration for 14 days. Conclusion Mulberrin has significantly reduced role on blood sugar of type II diabetes model of rats.
