It is the root purpose of higher vocational education in our country to cultivate and foster various technical talents to adapt to the economic and social development.The higher vocational and technical fosters mode existence currently is the point not pure and professional structure isn＇t reasonable, and lack a special feature and become disjointed with market demands.The higher vocational and technical education mode need to enhance an employment direction further and deepen system reform,perfect employment system and teachers structure and promote to learn special feature and quality,combine economic and social condition design profession cultivate market demand talented person.
