苞叶雪莲水提物对小鼠免疫系统辐射防护作用的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察受试药物对辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法通过游泳实验及胸腺、脾脏重量测定、计算,鸡红细胞作免疫原的溶血素测定实验和PHA刺激淋巴细胞转化实验来反映受照射小鼠的免疫功能及全身状态。用6MV-x ray照射造模,灌胃给药苞叶雪莲水提物,预防性给药(照射前)一周,治疗性给药(照射后)一周,共14天。后按既定方法对各组小鼠进行指标检测,所有实验数据用spss11.5统计软件进行统计分析。结果照射对小鼠的免疫功能及全身状态均有明显的影响。在游泳实验中,用药组游泳时间均长于模型组(IR组),但不具有统计学意义;用药组的胸腺系数值都高于IR组,高剂量组最为明显,与IR组比较具有显著性差异,P<0.05。通过溶血素实验测定光密度值(OD值),用药组与IR组比较无显著差异。结论苞叶雪莲水提物对小鼠免疫系统可能有一定的放射防护作用,在药物制备、成分分析、用药方式及剂量、用药时间方面值得进一步探讨。 Objective To investigate the radioprotective effects of aqueous extract of sauseurea obyallata on immune system of mice from radiation injury.Methods The mice irradiated with 6 Gy of X-ray were treated with aqueous extract of sauseurea obyallata for 14 days,7 days before irradiation and 7 days after irradiation.The weight of spleen and thymus,lymphocyte transformation experiment stimulated with PHA,swimming experiment and hemolysin measurement were used to measure the function of immune system.Results Irradiation had obvious influence on immune function and systemic state of mice.In swimming experiment,all other groups had longer swim time than model group,but had no significant difference.The thymus index in treatment groups was higher than that in model group(P〈0.05).There was no obvious difference between treatment groups and model group with OD value in hemolysin measurement experiment.Conclusion Aqueous extract of sauseurea obyallata may have radioprotective effects on immune system of mice,it deserves further research at compound preparing and analysis on chemical compositions.
