髋部手术围手术期预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理

Nursing of perioperative prevention of deep vein thrombosis after orthopedic hip surgery

目的探讨骨科髋部手术围手术期预防下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的护理方法。方法对188例骨科髋部手术病人采用基本预防护理方法、机械预防护理方法与药物预防三结合的综合措施预防下肢深静脉血栓形成。结果 188例中,发生3例髂外静脉栓塞、18例股静脉栓塞、2例腘静脉栓塞,无肺栓塞死亡病例,其发生率为12.23%。结论基本、机械预防护理方法与药物预防相结合的措施,是预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的简便、安全而有效的方法。

Objective To probe into prevention methods of deep vein thrombosis（dtv） in the orthopedic hip surgery period.Methods For the 188 orthopaedic hip patients,we take integrated approach,which combined with basic nursing prevention methods,mechanical prevent nursing methods and drug prophylaxis,to prevent from deep vein thrombosis（DVT）.Results There were 3 external iliac vein thrombosis,18 femoral vein thrombosis,2 Popliteal vein thrombosis and No pulmonary embolism deaths,whose incidence was approximately 12.23 percent.Conclusion The integrated approach which combined with basic nursing prevention methods,mechanical prevent nursing methods and drug prophylaxis,is simple,safe and efficient.
