摘要一、加入世界贸易组织10年来中国开放型经济实现了跨越式发展中国加入世贸组织以来，积极顺应全球产业分工不断深化的大趋势，充分发挥比较优势、承接国际产业转移，实施出口拉动外向型经济，大力发展对外贸易和积极促进双向投资，开放型经济实现了迅猛发展，中国正在成长为规模空前、增长迅速的第二大经济体。
