近年国内法律逻辑研究呈现出一些新的特点,主要表现在:第一,法律逻辑体系建构出现新进展;第二,法律推理类型备受关注,但对其认定不尽一致;第三,法律推理规则尤其是法律推理特殊规则成为研究重点,然对其概括还存在分歧;第四,法律论证在法律逻辑研究中的地位日益凸显,法律论证的含义和所指、法律论证的方法和评价标准成为学界关注的主要问题。

The recent research of legal logic in china takes on a new look.First,the system of legal logic has been made a new progress.Secondly,the type of legal reasoning has been paid more attention,but there are some different viewpoints of it.Thirdly,the special rules of legal reasoning are stressed,but opinions are widely divided.Fourthly,legal argument stands out gradually in legal logic.The meaning,extension,ways and evaluation criterions of legal argument have all been become very important problems focused on.
