Knowledge management deemed as a new model new thought in knowledge society attracts more and more attentiveness. College and university are the source and collecting base, which focus on the applieaton and management of knowledge, thus knowledge management is very imoportant for college and university. College and university should change mind and devote efforts to expanding utilization, which to enhance the core competence of college and university.
