钛铁矿全浮选工艺的调和平均模型多响应优化 被引量:3

The Optimization of the Flotation Process of Ilmenite by the Harmonic-mean Model of Multi-response Optimization Method

摘要 采用响应曲面法优化钛铁矿全浮选工艺,获得了钛铁矿精矿品位47.51%、回收率45.12%的指标.提出以调和平均确定总的满意度函数,即调和平均模型.并和算术平均、几何平均模型的多响应优化法优化钛铁矿浮选工艺做出比较.结果表明:3个模型均是显著的,且预测能力相当.但是,3个模型对工艺条件的优化效果却不相同,表现为:调和平均模型指标>几何平均模型指标>算术平均模型指标. The technology of flotation of ilmenite is optimized with response to surface methodology.The ilmenite concentrate grade is 47.51 % and the recovery is 45.12 % after optimization.Harmonic-mean(harmonic-mean model) was applied to calculate the desirability function,and contrasted to optimizations of flotation of ilmenite by arithmetic-mean and geometric-mean model.The contrast demonstrates that the three types of models are significant,and their predicabilities bear much resemblance.However,the abilities of the three models,in terms of optimizing the process of flotation of ilmenite,are differentiated from one another.In particular,the effect by harmonic-meangeometric-meanarithmetic-mean.
