摘要 目的探讨预防放射性皮肤损伤的有效方法。方法将符合入选标准的62例放疗患者随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=32),观察组于放疗期间照射野皮肤用奥克喷喷雾联合喜疗妥外涂,对照组照射野皮肤行常规护理,直至放疗结束后7 d。结果皮肤损伤程度观察组显著轻于对照组(P<0.01),发生皮肤损伤的时间观察组明显迟于对照组(P<0.01)。结论奥克喷联合喜疗妥可以防止或减轻放射性皮肤损伤,提高皮肤黏膜对辐射损伤的耐受剂量,使放射性皮肤损伤的发生时间延缓。 Objective To investigate the effective methods that prevent radiation-induced skin damage.Methods Sixty-two patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group(n=30) and control group(n=32).The observation group was coated with Oak and Hirudoid spray in the irradiation field skin during radiotherapy,while the control group received routine care of the conventional radiation field of skin until 7 days after the end of radiotherapy.Results The Skin damage of observation group was significantly lighter than the control group(P〈0.01),and the occurrence of skin damage was significantly later than the control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion Oak United Hirudoid spray can prevent or reduce radiation-induced skin damage,also it can improve skin and mucosal tolerance dose of radiation damage and delay the radiation-induced skin injury.
