肝外性胆汁淤积性黄疸患者ERCP治疗中的临床护理分析

The therapeutic endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography in extrahepatic cholestatic jaundice patients: a analysis of clinical nursing

目的总结经内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)胆管引流术治疗各种良、恶性肝外胆汁淤积患者的护理措施。方法回顾性分析139例肝外胆汁淤积行ERCP检查及介入治疗术患者的临床护理,并进行总结。结果所有患者均顺利完成相应检查诊断,并进行了相应的治疗;治疗组所有病例均在引流后肝功能指标明显改善(总胆红素及直接胆红素等);术后两组分别有10例、6例出现血淀粉酶一过性增高,经治疗后好转。结论加强围术期护理是内镜逆行胰胆管造影诊治顺利进行的保障。

Objective To summarize the nursing intervention of patients with benign or vicious extrahepatic cholestasis who were treated by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography（ERCP）.Methods a total of 139 patients with extrahepatic cholestasis who were underwent diagnostic or therapeutic ERCP were retrospectively studied,and summarize the clinical nursing.Results All of patients were successful at diagnosis and treatment,Significant descent was observed in the therapeutic group for hepatic function（such as total bilirubin,direct bilirubin and so on）,ten and six patients was reported that the level of amylase was temporary increase in therapeutic and diagnostic group,respectively,and taken a favorable turn after treatment.Conclusion Enhancing nursing of preoperative period is a safeguard in diagnostic and therapeutic ERCP.
