腰椎加脑室置管治疗颅内感染患者的护理

Nursing of intracranial infection treated by intraventricular puncture combining continuous external lumbar drainage

目的探讨治疗颅内感染的有效置管方法及护理。方法选择重症颅内感染34例,随机分为2组各17例:腰穿注药组间断行腰穿注药,腰椎+脑室置管注药引流组行腰椎置管间断引流脑脊液加鞘内脑室内注药,对比2组疗效。结果腰椎+脑室置管注药引流组在感染控制时间、临床症状改善时间及颅内压控制到正常平均时间明显缩短。结论采用有效的置管方法,积极有效地进行护理干预,可显著缩短病程,提高治愈率。

Objective To investigate the treatment of intracranial infection and effective method of catheter care.Methods Thirty-four cases of severe intracranial infection were randomly divided into lumbar injection group（n=17）,and intraventricular puncture combining continuous external lumbar drainage group（n=17）.Continuous external lumbar drainage of cerebrospinal fluid and intrathecal intraventricular injection were conducted.Effects of the two groups were compared.Results The average controlling time of infection in the intraventricular puncture combining continuous external lumbar drainage group,time for clinical symptoms improvement,and time for intracranial pressure dropping back to the normal were significantly shortened.Conclusion The effective drainage,active and effective nursing intervention can significantly shorten the course and improve the cure rate.
