浮膝损伤及其严重合并伤患者的临床观察与护理对策

Clinical observation and nursing strategies of patients with floating knee injury and associated injury

目的通过对浮膝损伤及其合并伤患者进行临床观察,及时发现合并伤,采取正确的护理方法,降低致残率。方法对18例患者浮膝损伤及其合并伤进行回顾性分析。结果本组18例中1例因下肢血管吻合后血管栓塞致肢体坏死而截肢,2例因胫骨骨不连而经二期植骨愈合,余均治愈出院。结论严密的病情观察,及时的早期治疗和完善的护理是挽救患者生命,挽救肢体,改善膝关节功能的关键。

Objective To find associated injury in time and adopt right nursing strategies so as to decrease disability rate,through clinical observation of patients with floating knee injury and associated injury.Methods Retrospective analysis of 18 cases with floating knee injury and associated injury was done.Results Among 18 cases,one case had lower extremity vascular anastomosis and vascular embolism,which caused limb necrosis and ended with leg amputation.Two cases had secondary bone graft because of tibia asynthesis.The rest were all healed and discharged from hospital.Conclusion Close observation of patients＇ condition,timely treatment and sound nursing are key factors to save patients＇lives and limbs,and ameliorate knee joint function.
