摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下保留肾单位的肾部分切除术围手术期护理方法。方法选取泌尿外科25例小肾癌(直径<4 cm)患者实行腹腔镜下保留肾单位的肾部分切除术,并进行有效护理。结果手术均获成功。手术时间短、术中出血少、术后无明显并发症发生。结论精湛的手术技巧配合精心的围手术期护理是手术成功的关键。
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing care of retroperitonal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy.Methods 25 cases（Tumor diameter 〈4 cm） accepted retroperitonal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy form January 2009 to December 2010 in the urology department of the first affiliated hospital of Nanjing medical university were assessed and analyzed.Results All the operations were successful,with short operative time,minor bleeding and without obvious postoperative complications.Conclusions Excellent surgical techniques combine with careful perioperative cares are the most important aspects in the retroperitonal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy.
