临床护理路径在全子宫切除术中的实施效果

The effect of clinical nursing pathway in the implementation of whole hysterectomy

目的探讨临床护理路径在全子宫切除术中的实施效果。方法将60例子宫肌瘤手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组实施临床护理路径,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组临床护理效果。结果观察组患者住院时间、住院费用明显低于对照组,患者及家属健康知识达标率及满意度均有较大提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论临床护理路径能提高全子宫切除术患者健康教育效果及满意度,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,创造更好的社会效益,提高医疗护理工作质量。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing pathway in the implementation of whole hysterectomy.Methods Sixty patients with uterine fibroids surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The observation group implemented clinical nursing pathway while the other group adopted the conventional care method.This way,we can compare two sets of clinical nursing effects.Results Obviously,the patients in the observation group spent less time on treatment,and the hospitalization cost was reduced a lot.In addition,the patients and their families had a good command of the health knowledge,and were more satisfied with the treatment.So,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can improve the effect of the health education and the public＇s recognition.Meanwhile,reducing the hospitalization cost and the time the patients spend on treatment can create better social benefits,and improve medical and nursing quality as well.
