静脉留置针在小儿头皮静脉与大隐静脉的使用效果对比

A comparative study on the effect of saphenous vein and scalp vein catheter in children

目的改变护士固定思维,更好地利用留置针技术,减轻患儿痛苦,提高家长满意度。方法选取2009年1月～2010年12月留置针留置总数1460例,在小儿头皮静脉留置及大隐静脉留置的病例中,随机各抽取支气管肺炎病例300例,统计静脉留置时间及套管针脱落发生率。结果与头皮静脉留置针比较,大隐静脉留置针平均留置时间明显延长,静脉套管针脱落发生率也明显降低。结论小儿大隐静脉留置针使用效果优于小儿头皮静脉使用效果。

Objective To change fixed thoughts of nurses,make better use of catheter techniques to reduce pain in children and improve parents＇ satisfaction.Methods 1 460 cases of indwelling catheter from January 2009 to December 2010 were included.300 cases were randomly selected in each group of scalp and saphenous vein catheter,which were bronchial pneumonia.The indwelling tube time and the incidence of casing off intravenous catheter were analyzed.Results compared with the group of scalp vein catheter,the indwelling time was significantly longer in the group of saphenous vein catheter,and the rate of casing off intravenous catheter was significantly lower.Conclusion Saphenous vein catheter used in children is better than the scalp vein.
