膀胱灌注化疗患者社会支持与心理状态的调查分析

Investigation of the social supports and mental state of the pateints received irrigation chemotherapy of bladder

目的了解社会支持对膀胱灌注化疗患者心理状态的影响。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)及社会支持评定量表对76例膀胱灌注患者进行调查分析。结果膀胱灌注患者的社会支持较国内常模高(t=6.224,P<0.01);抑郁发生率80.26%。女性患者、有配偶患者社会支持总分高于男性患者和无配偶患者,女性患者、有配偶患者抑郁发生率低于男性和无配偶患者。社会支持与患者抑郁发生率呈负相关(P<0.05),社会支持越好,抑郁发生率越低。结论社会支持与膀胱灌注患者的心理状态密切相关,在对本病患者进行健康教育时,护士应重视社会支持对患者心理的影响作用,以便有效地利用社会支持系统。

Objective To investigate the influence of social supports for mental state of pateints who received irrigation chemotherapy of bladder.Methods The Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）and the Social Support Scale were used to investigate the 76 pateints who received irrigation chemotherapy of bladder.Results Compared with national norm,the social supports was higher in pateints received irrigation chemotherapy of bladder（t=6.224,P〈0.01）;The incidence rate of depression was 80.26%.The total score of social supports is higher and the depression rate is lower in female patients and patients with spouses compared with male patients and patients without spouses.It was negative correlation between social support and incidence rate of depression（P0.05）,better social support with lower incidence rate of depression.Conclusions There was a intimate relationship between social supports and mental state for pateints who received irrigation chemotherapy of bladder.When educating such patients,the nurse should emphasize the effect of social supports for the mental state,to make the best of social support system.
