摘要
目的研究夏季高温环境下留置导尿患者集尿袋更换时间与尿路感染的相关性,以探讨夏季高温环境下更换集尿袋的最佳时间。方法选择2009-2010年连续两年夏季高温环境(7~8月)符合入选标准的留置导尿患者95例,随机分为3组,A组31例,1d更换一次集尿袋;B组32例,2d更换一次集尿袋;C组32例,3d更换一次集尿袋,每天采集3组患者的尿液进行细菌培养,连接检测5d。结果尿培养细菌阳性率A组(19.4%)与C组(28.1%)比较,差异无统计学意义,B组(8.1%)与A、C组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论夏季高温环境下留置导尿患者2d更换一次集尿袋为宜。
OBJECTIVE To study the correlation between the change time of the urine collection bag and the urinary tract infection in heat summer in order to decide the appropriate time to change the draught bag.METHODS A total of 95 patients who with urinary catheter's from Jul to Aug in hospital during 2009-2010 were selected,then these cases were divided into groups A B C randomly;there were 31 cases in group A changing the ura-draught bag each day,there were 32 cases in group B changing the draught bag once pre two days,there were 32cases in group C changing the ura-draught bag once pre three days;and collected the urine of each patient to culture the bacteria every day.RESULTS It was not different between group A(19.4%) and group B compared with the bacteria objective rate(28.1%)(P〉0.05);It was quite different between group B and group A group B(8.1%) compared with the bacteria objective rate(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION It is appropriate time changing the draught bag once pre two days.
