龙血竭治疗老年彝族患者Ⅲ期以上褥疮疗效评价

Effect of resina draconis in the treatment of elderly patients of Yi with pressure ulcers after Ⅲ period

目的观察龙血竭胶囊粉治疗Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期褥疮的疗效。方法 38例老年彝族患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组用龙血竭胶囊粉末与75%酒精调成糊状,涂抹在疮面及周围,无菌纱布覆盖,每天换药1～2次;对照组用利福平胶囊粉末同法湿敷。4周为一疗程。结果观察组有效率94.74%,对照组有效率84.21%,观察组治愈时间明显短于对照组。两组疗效、治愈时间比较差异有统计学意义。结论使用龙血竭治疗Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期褥疮简单易行、经济实惠、治疗效果好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Using resina draconis capsules treated patients with pressure ulcers in Ⅲ, Ⅳ period, observed the treatment effects. Methods 38 elderly cases of Yi were randomly divided into observe group and control group, the observe group used resina draconis capsule powder and 75% alcohol moved into mushy and daub on the wound and sterile gauze to cover, around the bandage daily 1 -2 times; The control group used fifampicin capsule powder with the same method. 4 weeks for one period of treatment. Results The effective rate of observe grouo was 94.74%, The control group was 84. 21%, the curing time obviously reduced in the observe group. The curative effect, curing time had significant differences in two groups. Conclusion Using resina draconis treated patients with pressure ulcer in Ⅲ, Ⅳ period was simple, affordable, the treatment effect was good, and clinical application.
