黄花蒿酵解液抑制MDA-MB-231裸鼠移植瘤作用研究

摘要 目的:探讨中药黄花蒿酵解液抑制人乳腺癌MDA-MB-231裸鼠移植瘤的增殖。方法:发酵制备出黄花蒿酵解液,并将其作用于人乳腺癌MDA-MB-231裸鼠,1个月后,与未给药组裸鼠移植瘤大小对比。结果:黄花蒿酵解液组裸鼠移植瘤体积明显小于对照组。结论:一定浓度的黄花蒿酵解液可能有抑制人乳腺癌MDA-MB-231裸鼠移植瘤的增殖。 objective Study on the inhibition of artemisia annua glycolysis fluid with MDA-MB-231 breast carcinoma xenografts in nude mice.Method The chrysanthemum wormwood zymolysis fluid is preparesd by the fermentation,and its affects the nude mice,1 month later,compared with control group.Result The tumor size of the chrysanthemum wormwood zymolysis fluid group is less than the control group.Conclusion chrysanthemum wormwood zymolysis fluid of certain concentration.can inhibit proliferation of MDA-MB-231 breast carcinoma xenografts in nude mice.
