南通市350例医疗机构放射工作人员健康状况调查

A health study of 350 medical workers occupationally exposed to radiation in Nantong city

目的:了解南通市2010年350名医疗机构放射工作人员的健康状况,为本市放射防护管理工作提供依据。方法:按照卫生部《放射工作人员健康管理规定》中的要求和方法对350名放射工作人员进行职业性健康监护检查。结果:眼晶体异常检出率为17.71%;血常规异常率8.23%,其中白细胞减少检出率3.43%,红细胞减少0.28%,血红蛋白减少1.71%,血小板减少0.28%;外周血淋巴细胞微核和染色体畸变率分析结果:淋巴细胞微核率均≤5‰,双着丝粒染色体(Dic)的自发畸变率>0.05%1人,易位(t)的自发畸变率>0.05%1人,经复查均在正常范围内;B超检查阳性率41.70%,心电图异常结果检出率为12.80%。结论:南通市医疗机构放射设施的整体防护水平较好,放射人员长期接触射线,血常规、外周血淋巴细胞微核和染色体受到的损伤较轻微,但是放射工作人员总体健康状况较差,应加强放射人员的健康保护意识。

Objective：To study the health status of 350 medical workers occupationally exposed to radiation in Nantong city, so as to provide basis for the management of radiation protection. Methods： In accordance with the regulation on radiation workers health management, physical examination and laboratory examination were conducted in 350 workers. Results ：The abnormal lens rate was 17.71%; the abnormal blood rate was 8.23% ,the Leukopenia rate was 3.43%; the rates of chormosome aberrations and micronuelei were all normal after review; B-ultra-sound positive rate was 41.70%, the rate of abnormal ECG was 12.80%. Conclusion： The overall level of protection in Nantoag city is well. long-term exposed to radiation had a little occupational damage on radiation workers, but the overall radiation workers are in poor health. The radiation workers should strengthen health protection.
