婴幼儿眼病筛查方法探讨

Evaluate the methods of eye disease screening in infants ophthalmology

目的：探讨苏州市婴动儿眼病筛查方法。方法：通过外眼检查，红光反射实验[Bruckner test]原理，对光刺激反应，眼底检查，视动性眼震仪，选择性观看法，美国伟伦（Uure Sight）儿童视力筛查仪，点状视力表，检眼镜等检查对2010年4～12月在我院体检的婴幼儿进行眼病筛查。结果：共筛查了7493例，眼病检出率7．89％。结论：对婴幼儿进行眼病筛查是非常必要的，通过合理的检查方法能够及早发现婴幼儿眼病，使其得到早期治疗及干预。

Objective： To evaluate the methods of eye disease screening in infants ophthalmology. Methods： Using the methods such as the examination of the external eye, the principle of ＂bruckner test＂, the reaction of the light perception, the examination of eyeground ,the apparatus of optokinetic nystagmus ,preferrntial looking cards, Sure Sight of the children vision, the gauge of spots vision and the ophthalmoscope to screen the eye disease of the infants who do the medical examination in our hospital from 4-12months of 2010. Results： There were 7493 eases in total, the rate of the eye disease is 7.89%. Results： It is necessary to take the eye disease screening. Using the reasonable methods can discover the eve disease early which treatment intervention
