摘要
目的:研究DR摄影中滤过板的合理选择。方法:选用胸片摄片AEC(自动曝光控制)模式。当滤过板为固定2.7mm铝当量和可变的0.1mm,0.2mm,0.3mm铜时,管电压分别从50kv开始,每增加10kv曝光一次,直至150kv。每次曝光后记录体模的入射剂量并将图像传递至PACS工作站,由质控小组成员分别对显示器上的测试卡图像仔细处理,阅读后打分,最高10分,最低0分。结果:所有测试卡图像在显示器上都能阅读,综合胸部摄片条件,在传统的60KV左右时,不加铜滤过板,90~120KV段以2mm铜滤过板为佳,120~150kv用3mm铜滤过板。
Objective:To research rational parameters of filtration board in DR photography.Methods: Chest radiography of phantom was under- gone with automatic exposure control (AEC) mode. Parameters of filtration board were designed for fixed 2.7 mm aluminum equivalent and variable 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.3 mm copper equivalent, while tube voltage ranging from 50kv to 150kv and every increase consumers 10kv exposure once. X-ray dose of body mold was recorded and all images were transmitted to PACS and evaluated by QC team members respectively in a double-blinded manner.Result: All test card images were successfully performed on the monitor. When tube voltage was 60KV , it was not necessary to add copper filtration board. However, 2mm copper filtration board is preferred for 90-120KV and 3mm copper filtration board is preferred for 120-150kv.
