球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松压缩骨折患者的护理体会

目的:探讨球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松压缩骨折患者围手术期的护理要点。方法:对35例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者行经皮球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗并做好术前心理护理、健康教育指导,以及术后的一般护理、生命体征监测、并发症的观察与护理、康复指导及术后早期功能锻炼。结果:36例患者术后恢复良好,手术有效率100%,无护理并发症发生,效果满意。结论:围手术期正确的护理是手术顺利进行的有利条件,明显提高了手术的成功率和手术效果,降低了手术的风险。

Objective： To explore peri-operatlve nursing for vertebral fracture patients who were undergoing percutaneous balloon kyphoplasty. Methods： Related peri-operative nursing was implememed on the 35 cases, including phychological nursing, pain nursing, observation of complication and vital signs, rehabilitation, and so on. Results： There was good effect for 36 patients after operation, and no nursing complications happened. Conclusion： percntaneous balloon kyphoplasty is one of the efficiency measurement for patients with osteoporos is vertebral comp-ressive fracture, and careful peri-operative nursing can improve the quality and reduce the risk of this operation .
