目的:总结垂体瘤经颅与经鼻两种手术方式的术后护理。方法:对经过两种不同手术方式垂体瘤切除术后的56例垂体瘤病人加强术后护理,包括病情观察、手术后伤口的观察和护理、饮食护理、并发症的预防与护理等。结果:经鼻入路行垂体瘤切除术比经颅入路手术出现的并发症少,而正确、专业化的术后护理能有效减少并发症的发生,促进患者康复。结论:手术方式的选择与护理人员专业化的术后护理技术对手术成功、病人痊愈出院起着至关重要的作用。

Objective： Summary of pituitary adenoma transcranial and nasal 2 kinds of operation method of postoperative nursing measures. Methods ：fifty-six patients with pituitary tumor patient after 2 different surgical resection of pituitary adenoma, strengthen the postoperative nursing, including illness observation, postoperative wound observation and care, diet nursing, the prevention of complications and nursing, etc. Results：Nasal into the road line of pituitary adenoma resection operation than transeranial into the road less complications, and correct, profes- sional words postoperative nursing can effectively decrease complications, promote the patient recover. Conclusions：The choice of surgery ways and nursing personnel professional postoperative nursing technology for successful operation, the patient of motality plays a vital role.
