水性邻甲酚醛环氧树脂乳液的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用化学改性法,以邻甲酚醛环氧树脂和二乙醇胺为原料在85℃下反应7 h,制得具有特定环氧值的改性树脂。制得的这种改性树脂在分子结构上即具有环氧基团,又具有亲水性基团,然后用羧酸成盐后,缓慢加入去离子水制备邻甲酚醛环氧树脂乳液。将水性邻甲酚醛环氧树脂乳液和水性专用固化剂三乙烯四胺按10︰1配比,在常温下放置7~8 d得到性能优良的固化剂。本工艺对制成的水性乳液和固化剂的性能进行红外测试和固化表征。 Through chemical modification,using O-cresol-formaldehyde epoxy resin and iminobisetnanol as materials to the reaction temperature 85 ℃ and the reaction time 8 h.Under the optimal conditions,it gets the modified resin which has certain epoxide degree.The modified resin has not only epoxy group but also hydrophilic groups on flow property.Adopting tricarboxylic acid to form salt and add deionized water slowly to rever the phase,and prepare the O-cresol-formaldehyde.Mixing the waterborne o-cresol-formaldehyde with diethylene triamine of sacred to Waterborne hardener according to the proportion of 10︰1 to keep at ambieut temperature for 7~8 days and then gets the hardener with good properties.The technology tests the Waterborne Latex and hardener by Infrared Thermometer and investigation of solidification.
