摘要
延长石油集团榆林炼油厂利用常压塔顶瓦斯再加工回收的技术,将不凝轻烃气压缩后分液,回收一部分轻油,经过分液后的气相进入催化吸收稳定系统,回收一部分液化气。结果表明,该技术实施后,装置运行平稳,石脑油收率增加0.18%,液化气收率增加0.39%,有效的提高了液收率,增加炼厂效益。
Applying the compression and recovery technology for incondensable gas from topping at distillation tower in Yulin Refinery of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum(Group) company,incondensable gas was compressed and separated.The light olefins as naphtha was recovery,and the gas after separating was into the absorption and stabilization system at catalytic cracking unit,recycled part of the LPG.The results showed that,after application of this technology,the unit ran smoothly,the naphtha yield increased 0.18 %,the LPG yield increased 0.39 %,which were effectively improved the liquid yield,and increased refinery efficiency.
