摘要
针对GB/T 12688.8分光光度法在气温较低的环境测定样品,时常出现结果偏低,重复性较差等问题,通过对测定操作条件的考察,弄清了反应温度、反应时间、振摇程度等影响因素对测定结果的变化规律、趋势;并与装置设计提供的分析方法即美国试验与材料协会标准(ASTM D2120-87)进行了试验对比。
According to GB/T 12688.8 spectrophotometry in temperatures low environmental measuring samples,frequently appeared results Low,repeatability poorer and other questions,through the investigation to determine operating conditions,made clear the reaction temperature,reaction time,degree of vibration wave influence factors on the determination results change rule,the trend,and with the device was designed to provide analysis method,the American experiment and material association standard（ASTM D2120-87） were tested contrast.
