实训是联系理论与实践的重要桥梁,实训基地建设是高等教育的重要组成部分。建设运行良好的校外实训基地,对于夯实人才理论基础,增强实践技能,提高毕业生就业能力,促进制药专业发展,具有十分重要的意义。通过学校、管委会和企业合作,就如何实现学校、企业和园区等方面的多赢,促进人才培养模式创新进行研究。事实证明,通过园区管委会的协调,实训基地建设取得初步进展,为校企合作模式积累了经验。

Practice training is an important bridge to link the theory and practice,and the construction of training base is an important part of higher education.Construction of well-campus training bases had the extremely vital significance in good for ramming talent theory base,strengthening practical skills,improving graduate employment ability and promoting pharmaceutical specialty development.The study of how to achieve more wins among school,management committee and enterprise and promote innovation and personnel training mode were discussed in the paper.Facts have proved that training base construction has made initial progress for the school-enterprise cooperation mode accumulated experience through the coordination of management committee
