摘要
在生物制品工艺学及原理课程的教学中,通过结合林业高校和专业的特点,有针对性安排教学内容,讲好绪论,运用多种教学方法相结合,增加课程论文设计与生产实践等方面来提高教学质量和效果,综合评价学生水平,促进学生们全面发展与提高。
The thesis focused on how to enhance the qualities and effects of the technology and principle of bio-products teaching.The followings were regarded as good methods for enhancement the students development and improvement comprehensively according to the feature of my university and faculty： firstly,arranged the teaching contents pertinently;secondly,gave a good lecture on the introduction of the text;thirdly,adopted for many kinds of methods of teaching;and finally added course papers design and the production practice.
