摘要
根据白酒检测需求,自制了邻苯二甲酸二壬酯（DNP）填充色谱柱并用于白酒中微量成分的色谱分析。考察了固定相的组成（DNP和吐温）对检测白酒中微量成分的影响。建立对白酒样品定性定量的新方法,实验结果表明,在选定的色谱条件下能够分析出12种微量成分和1种内标物质。仪器稳定性较好,白酒标样检测重现性较好,RSD在0.27%~2.96%之间（n=6）,符合国家标准对检测的要求。
According to the need of the liquor analysis,dinonyl o-phthalate（DNP） chromatography column was prepared to analyze the trace elements of the liquor.Different ratios of DNP and the Tween 80 were investigated during the preparation of the columns to explore the influence on the analysis.Finally 12 kinds of elements in the liquor and the internal standard were analyzed out with a good repeatability,which meets the relative national standard.The values of RSD were 0.27 %~2.96 %（n=6）,showing the constant stability of the GC equipment.
